Frequently asked questions
What sizes do you have?+
Men's up to 4XL, women's up to 2XL. Women's skirts go up to 34-inch waist. Many women style men's shirts oversized — our staff will help coordinate when you arrive.
My boyfriend is tall — will the pants fit?+
We stock multiple inseam lengths per size, so most heights are covered. Some guests with broader thighs bring their own slacks and rent only the top.
I don't have an ID — can I still rent?+
Yes. A student ID or a 50,000 KRW deposit works. We also accept mobile ID + 50,000 KRW deposit.
What's included in the basic set?+
Shirt + vest/cardigan + skirt/pants + necktie — everything except the jacket. For a jacket, choose the Jacket Set (+5,000 KRW).
Is the jacket included in the price?+
Not in the basic set. Adding a jacket costs 5,000 KRW per person.
Can I rent overnight (1 night / 2 days)?+
Yes. We hold your ID/passport and add 5,000 KRW per outfit. Mobile ID + 50,000 KRW deposit also works.
Can I walk in without a reservation?+
Yes — walk-ins are welcome and treated the same as reservations.
When do I need to return?+
Within 30 minutes of Lotte World's closing time. Fri/Sat by 22:30, other days by 21:30.
What if I arrive earlier or later than my reservation?+
No problem at all — come whenever works. Travel safely!
Is there a group discount?+
Yes — 1,000 KRW off per person for groups of 4 or more.
Can I store my luggage / suitcase?+
Yes, free lockers are available and we can store suitcases too.
Can we return separately?+
Yes — members of your party can return at different times.
Is there parking?+
Hyundai Tower has a basement parking lot — park on B4. First hour free. Search "강남교복" on your navigation app.
How do I get there?+
Jamsil Stn Line 2 Exit 8 or Line 8 Exit 9, 5-minute walk. Enter Hyundai Tower — the entrance is right next to the CU convenience store. Address: Hyundai Tower 4F, 293-19 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
